The successful candidate will manage the profitable performance of brokers by managing the overall quality of submissions, underwriting new business, endorsements and reviewing claims and inspection reports all within assigned authority levels and in accordance with company and underwriting  guidelines. The successful candidate will develop and manage relationships with brokers in order to achieve department and corporate goals. This individual will review risks for acceptability, while advising and educating brokers on our target market, products and services. The incumbent will have active interaction with other GOLD business departments, in addition to attending business development and marketing events.   


  • Minimum of 3 years insurance experience
  • CIP designation or working toward completion
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-directed, flexible and adaptable
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Paxus and OneShield system are considered an asset
