Job Summary:  

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and direct incoming telephone calls, greet and direct visitors to the office in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.  Provide administrative support to the Mailroom and other departments as necessary.


High school diploma or equivalent and Reception Certification an asset
Previous office and reception experience required
Previous insurance experience an asset
Proficient in MS Office products
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Highly developed customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple demands under pressure
Successful background checks that may include, credential, employment, credit, criminal, Gov’t of Canada Security Clearances, and reference checks.
