Administrative Assistant - Contract Surety

Job Summary:  

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily transactions which include interaction with underwriters, brokers and clients.  Duties include, but not limited to, issuance of tender documents, processing of premium, ordering 3rd part credit reports, indexing confidential information and assisting underwriters on addressing client’s inquiries. Some reception duties when the receptionist is away.


Post-secondary education;
General office duties experience;
Familiar with Microsoft Office; Excel, Oracle
Ability to Problem solve
Work well in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with business partners
Ability to manage multiple demands
Attention to detail is essential
